Job position: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
” SWISSMED ” Laboratory Solutions shpk. is a local distributor of medical devices established since January 2008, as Exclusive Distributor of Roche Diagnostics products within Albanian territory.
” SWISSMED ” is seeking to employ a qualified person in the position of Sales Representative.
Job Objectives:
- Responsible for all sales activities
- Implements agreed upon Sales & Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding the customer base in the market area.
- To achieve the target in line with the vision of the company.
- To establish and maintain the customer’s relationship professionally.
Tasks:
- Responsible for the sales activities and reports to the Sales and Marketing Executive.
- Develop sales in the area of responsibility.
- To have good knowledge of the portfolio & pricing.
- To develop and update the database of the company with information about the competition, products, prices, and needs from the market of medical devices.
- To develop and update the database of customers, mainly doctors, and laboratories.
- Responsible to develop and maintain excelent clients relationship.
- Continuous track and report of market and competition information
Profile
• University Degree in Biochemistry or Medicine field. It is preferable to have a master degree in Marketing or an MBA.
• Relevant experience (at least 3) in a competitive environment,
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
• Experience in developing sales marketing strategies. Experience in a health care company will be an advantage.
• Strong skills in problem-solving
• Excellent knowledge of the English Language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong teamwork
• PC literate (Fluent with MS Office packages)
